Our Story

Begins in the East and continues in the Twin Cities

Our family came to Minnesota from Vietnam in 1980. My mom brought her love of cooking and opened MT Noodles in Brooklyn Park. In 2017, we were named Best Vietnamese Restaurant in the Twin Cities by the City Pages.

Best Pho I've ever had in my entire life. So fresh, so delicious. We went for the first time on Sunday and we're back on a Wednesday. The Banh Mi is the second best I've ever had. And then we saw a lot of people ordering the platter and that was delicious too. Go now!
